Latitude 3.6% Abv
Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.

Three Sisters 4.2% Abv
Chocolate and crystal malts helps to give this beer its very attractive dark ruby colour, as well as contributing to some of the toasty and liquorice flavours in the beer.
However, a very large charge of whole-flower hops balances the dark malt character with an abundance of hop fruit flavours. These include dried and fresh fruit flavours as well as some more citrus tones not normally found in such a dark beer

Fraoch 5% Abv
Brewed in Scotland since 2000 B.C. heather ale is probably the oldest style of ale still produced in the world. From an ancient Gaelic recipe for "leann fraoich" (heather ale) it has been revived and reintroduced to the Scottish culture.Into the boiling bree of malted barley, sweet gale and flowering heather are added, then after cooling slightly the hot ale is poured into a vat of fresh heather flowers where it infuses for an hour before being fermented.A light amber ale with floral peaty aroma, full malt charachter, a spicy herbal flavour and dry wine like finish.

Seven Giraffes combines an electric blend of seven varieties of malted barley with fresh cone hops from around the world, wild elderflowers and lemon zest to create a refreshing, aromatic and moreish beer.

Harviestoun's unique cask conditioned lager beer, named after one of Scotland's best loved and most recognisable mountains. Skull Splitter 8.5% Abv
Skull Splitter is Orkney's strongest ale: which is named after Thorfinn Einarsson who was the 7th Viking Earl of Orkney. Sophisticated, satiny smooth with a deceptively light character, it is a tribute to their colourful forbear.
