The best Festival ever?
Thank you to everybody who made this year's festival such a success. We had almost a thousand visitors and you all drank us dry! We will, of course, keep you up to date on how much we have raised for local causes. If you have any feedback please get in touch. We are always looking to adapt, adopt and improve.

Musical Lineup Announced
The line up of musical acts for Saturday 22nd May was announced today. There is a fantastic range of acts including old favourites like the Rough and Ready Blue Grass Brothers and Harmonica Lewinskie. Let the toe tapping commence.....
New venue for 2010! Helensburgh Sailing Club.
Helensburgh and Lomond Real Ale Festival are delighted to announce that this year's Ale Fest will be held in the grounds of Helensburgh Sailing Club. This fantastic venue on the banks of the Gareloch offers wonderful views over the Firth of Clyde and will allow us to expand the Ale Festival and provide you lucky people with even more for your money!! The ales are announced! Helensburgh and Lomond Real Ale Festival 2010 are delighted to announce the selection of real ales that have made it into the line up for this year. Some old favourites mix it up with some tantalising newbies. See the full menu on the ales page.

Helensburgh and Lomond Real Ale Festival 2009, in aid of Parklands School, Helensburgh.
In 2009 , for the first time in its short history, the fesitval was run in aid of one specific local cause. Parklands Additional Needs School opened in Helensburgh in 1993 and the purpose built school has been meeting the needs of pupils from 5 to 19 years with moderate, severe and profound learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, complex and multiple disabilities and associated emotional and behavioural difficulties since then. Thanks to the generousity and support of all the festival goers we were able to give £2500 to the school. This year the proceeds from the festival will be given to a variety of local good causes.
